The management of DECORDAL,
S.L.'s quality policy is to make its products (bar-turned
pieces), accurately carrying out the design and quality
requests specified by our customers.
DECORDAL, S.L. quality policy principles are:
- Final
quality is the result of planed and systematic
preventive, corrective and continuous improvement
actions
- Our
products quality standards are technical
specifications and design plans provided and
approved by our clients
- Our
clients quality requirements are objectively
rendered into technical documents at the disposal
of our productive centre and suppliers
- Quality
is a common cause to all the company departments,
and each one of them must assume being client as
well as supplier of other company departments
- Each
DECORDAL, S.L. employee is responsible for the
quality of his job. The quality Department
Manager must promote the implantation of quality
objectives and policy, verifying its attachment
by periodic controls and specially internal
auditing
- The
application of this policy needs all the human
company's team active integration
